In addition to the statutory warranty to which the consumer is entitled to his seller, IKONO also provides a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. With the extended warranty, we stand by our specially own developed products. The prerequisite is the purchase of an IKONO product from 01.01.2021. The date on the purchase receipt is decisive.

By using Sunbrella® fabrics, we guarantee long-term colour fastness. The spinneret-woven fibers withstand direct UV-rays and do not lose their colour brilliance even over several summers.

Our own developed and patented aluminium frames with its state-of-the-art technology ensures permanent dimensional stability, even under tough conditions such as regular assemblies of the modules or a special room climate, for example in wellness and spa areas with high humidity.

With the materials used and our own product development, we assure you that we do not understand the word ‚manufacturer guarantee‘ as a mere sales argument, but that we stand behind our decisions with total commitment.
